HEAL Exercise Physiology was born out of a desire to help those going through the challenges of a cancer diagnosis or poor mental health to:

Nourish both body and mind;

Be empowered by up to date guidance and advice that is compassionately delivered and backed by science and years of clinical experience.
Exercise is for ALL. But it is not one size fits all.

Comprehensive Consultation and Assessments including liaison with your medical team (where appropriate) to ensure your program is both safe and effective and RIGHT FOR YOU!
Evidence based guidance and advice tailored to your unique circumstances
Supervised Individual Exercise Sessions - either private clinic or gym-based
Small Group Sessions -complete your individual program supervised as part of a small group with up to 4 others to enhance social connection and affordability
Home Exercise Programs provided in an easy to use app (or via pdf if that’s what works for you)
Re-assessments and program adjustments to ensure you keep moving forward
A gentle but encouraging approach, balancing accountability with kindness and compassion
A variety of exercise modalities including aerobic, resistance, balance and flexibility training
Rebates may be available through Medicare, Private Health Insurance, DVA or Workers Compensation

Whilst some clients may wish to book regular appointments, it is recommended that all clients attend a minimum of 2 appointments. The initial appointment will allow us to get to know you and complete all the necessary assessments, while follow-up appointments are our chance to provide you with an exercise program along with any relevant education, guidance and advice.
